Will users be able to edit payment information?

We have had several instances where registrants signed up but want to edit their submission later and pay online. It does not allow us to add in payment information. Is this normal?

Once the payment has been submitted, you can only edit the information, but not the payment once it has been submitted. If it hasn't been submitted, it should allow you to continue and fill the form.

Can you please share the form URL in question?

Below is the form URL. My question is not for payment that has already been submitted. I want to know if a user chooses not to pay online (so they click no for online payment). Can they later come back to edit their submission and then chose to pay online?

Unfortunately, the payment field is disabled once editing the submission regardless if it's has data or not. Unfortunately, it's not possible to change this at the moment.

What you may do is ask the user if he wants to pay and then redirect the use to a different form, this can be done even editing the submission, but you will need to create a new form for the payment and redirect to this.

You would need to create a condition for this, this guide will help you doing so: https://www.jotform.com/help/317-Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition

    I hope this helps.
