Please Verify Your Email Address not working?

I do not receive the verification email, I have tried several email accounts and there is no way to receive it.

I can see that the account linked with lap217@yahoo.es is a guest account. Please provide us the email address with which you have created the Jotform account so that we can assist you accordingly.
