    Hello!

Is it possible to turn off the ability for mobile assignees to edit their form submissions?

    Thanks!

The submission can only be edited with the edit submission link. You can just remove the edit submission link in the Autoresponder email.

Also, once the user submits the form, you can remove the form assignment so the users cannot access the form or the submission.

Thanks for your quick reply! I'm a bit confused though, because when my assignee logs into the mobile app they can click on the form assigned to them and see 'View Submissions'.

Then they can select whichever submission they want, click the three dots in the top right corner and then they have the option to 'Edit Submission'.

I'm wanting to use this form for job readiness inspections. That means the same user will need to submit the same form every time they start a new job, which could be once a day or 10 times a day.

You can take advantage of the KIOSK mode in the Mobile App. We have a feature called KIOSK mode in which your user can only view the form, fill the form and submit. When the form is submitted, the form returns back to the start to be filled again.

The Kiosk mode has also a screen lock feature in which a pin is needed before you can log out of Kiosk mode. This will ensure your form users will not be able to view the submissions in the Form mobile App and exit Kiosk mode.
