Forms not submitting, it says Please Wait.

    Hi there! I'm having an issue with my form. When someone fills it out and clicks submit, it says Please Wait and there's no confirmation and nothing from the form goes through as a submission. I tried it for myself and I'm having the same issue.

    I have done a real submission in your form in order to test it, and it went through just fine:

    If the form is embedded in a web page, could you please share the exact URL of the page where it is embedded?
