    i changed my account to free but was billed. Why is this? I’m requesting a refund for the last 3 months.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. It seems that your subscription was not properly canceled. Please cancel it by following the steps from this guide:

    After you cancel it, let us know here and we will refund the last 3 payments.
