I keep getting a 404 page when trying to view a photo a customer attached to the form???
See screenshot.
I though this would be an attachment i could easily view in my gmail?
Also. When i click reply to the customer form, it goes to me and doesnt use their email. How can I program that like Ive done with other form companies -

Hello Chantelle,
That is because of the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" option, which is checked in your Privacy settings. You are currently logged in as a guest. When the option is checked, you cannot download files without logging into the account. You have to either disable the option or log in to download.
Go to the Settings page to check:
