Can a user have more than one of the same form in progress?

Hi, I have some questions before I am able to determine if JotForms will work for me:
    1) Can a user have more than one of the same form in progress? They need to be able to come back to them over a period of a few months, as each of their projects gets completed and they answer the questions.

    2) Do the users have the ability to completely delete the information they put in the form, if they should want to start over again?

    3)
Can they be given reminders that certain parts have not been filled out yet? Not making them required, but perhaps as they go through the document before they submit, maybe a red exclamation point comes up on the fields that are still empty. So if they see the fields that have a red exclamation, it's not required that they fill it out, it's just a reminder that it's empty.
    Thank you!

You can provide your users edit links. So, they will be able to edit their submissions at a later date. You should include those edit links in the autoresponder e-mails. You can check and follow this guide:

    https://eu.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

Please note that in order to edit the submissions, your users will need first to submit the form. So, they can have multiple submissions and multiple edit links.

I have moved your other questions to the following threads:
