Can I auto-populate a field based on a the answer to a previous field?

I am looking to have a drop-down box auto-populate another field based on the answer.

i.e.  1 on 1 Training to auto-populate 1 point earned under Points Field.

You may try using the URL parameters to pass data from one form to another.
