    I'd like the form to be somewhat interactive using dropdowns or radio buttons.

    I'd like to be able to ask the client a question and then depending on their response (yes = no response) (no = explain why)

    Legend:

    F = form

    U = user

    Q = question

    A = answer

    FQ: Is there early access?

    UA: yes

    FA: Great, thanks!

    FQ: Is there early access?

    UA: no

    FA: Sad, please describe the earliest

    UA: Well, its cuz the venue doesn't open till 6am same day.

    That's possible with show/hide conditions. You can show/hide fields depending on the user's answer. Here's how How to Show/Hide a Field

    Thanks so much, I spent forever searching but never used the correct terms.
