Is there any way, we can create a pdf document by taking the data from the previous form submitted? And would like to know, if we can automate this for each submission.

We will be glad to help you with your concern. Can you confirm if what you are trying to do is copy the submission (#1) made on form to create another submission (#2), please?
Or, are you trying to create a new PDF Document using the data from an old submission?
If it is the latter, you can temporarily edit the PDF Document in your form and include only the fields that you would like to appear in that PDF Document. You can choose which submission data would you like to download with the PDF Document template you just updated.

I am attaching both the forms here.
We initially get the Registration form filled by the customer.
Then we need to prepopulate the fields on the form MR70 with the data we
got from the registration forms.
Especially the table/array data.

Are you planning of sending the link to the MR70 form to the respondents who submitted your Registration form? And you would like some of the fields in the MR70 form to be prepopulated with data from their registration when they access the link.
If that is the case, it is possible to prepopulate the second form with data from the first form.

You can create a unique prepopulated URL for each submission, but you will have to do it manually. It is not possible to automatically create a prepopulated URL for each submission.
You can save the prepopulated URLs for MR70 form locally on your computer.
