How do I find out my limit. I have the starter form. And am not sure if I have reach my storage limit or forms filled out for the month. Please advise

Your account has reached the submission storage limit and exceeded the payment submission limit.
The account usage can be checked from this link on your account:
https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage
Below you can see the limits which have been exceeded and you can also the respective limits for each part:
Except the Submission Storage, Upload space & Forms, all other limits will be reset on Nov 1, 2019. To reset the Submission Storage, you will need to download and delete old submissions.
