Are assignees unable to log in to the Mobile App or to an online account at https://www.jotform.com?
I set this thread to Private. Please provide us a few email addresses to which the form was assigned, so that we can check if the accounts were created. You can also try to remove and re-add the assignees to see if that will resolve the issue.

joycearendtReplied on November 1, 2019 at 12:50 PMI never checked if they could log into the online. Maybe that is the issue that I had not created an account first but I never saw a place to do so. Here are the emails:
Tanyafccc@icloud.com
Karinafccc@icloud.com
Laurafccc@icloud.com
Receptionistfccc@icloud.com
Thank you Joyce

They should be able to log in even if they do not have a JotForm account. I found similar reports from other users. However, this issue was recently resolved in the latest version of the Mobile App. Can you please update your app to the latest version and try again?
Another way to resolve the issue is to create an account for each user.

joycearendtReplied on November 13, 2019 at 12:50 AMThank you for helping me before. I have not been able to work on this for a while. Now I am back and I am still unable to do what I am hoping to do. I think I need to start over with what I am trying to accomplish.
I have 14 forms and 6 different iPads. I run a mental health clinic. I want the 6 different iPads to be given to clients when they come in. I want them to be able to complete different forms depending on the situation. Each client will need to access several forms. I want them to be able to see the different forms and they will be told which forms to complete. So they need to see them all to be able to chose. Then when they complete one form, I want them to be able to go back out to the list of forms and chose another form. What I don’t want is for them to see any of the other submissions because they need to all be confidential.
I have tried to assign a form and then have them create it in Kiosk form. But neither of these work. If I assign a form, I can still see the different submissions. Doing it in kiosk form only gives you one form. And if they close that form, they will then see the other submissions.
Please help me figure out a way to accomplish this with privacy. I currently did a link to my website and clients complete the forms from there. Clients complete this at home prior to arriving to the clinic for their appointment.
Since I found your mobile app I would like clients to use this option so they can complete in the office.
Is this possible?
Thank you
Joyce

When a form is assigned, the assignee can view only the submissions that are made on that device.
With Kiosk Mode you can prevent the users to close the form with the Screen Lock options. However, this will allow them to only use one form.

I think that the best option for your case is to add the links of all 14 forms to your website and allow the users to fill the forms there.

Thank you. I am wondering if there is a way to take several of the forms to add to one of the primary I take paperwork. So that it is only one form they fill out. In other words, is there an easy copy pasted from one form to the end of another form? Or is there a way Jotform staff would be able to do that for me? I am afraid I would be unable to recreate the forms easily if I have to start from scratch.
Thank you
Joyce

Hello @Joyce - To clarify, you want several forms to be merged into one? An option we can provide you is the ability to redirect users from one form to another once it has been submitted. Please see the guide below on how this can be implemented.
Guide: Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
Thank you.

No please read the string of emails below. I do not want to have to type it all over again. They need to be on the same form due to the issues below. Redirecting is not something that will work - they need to be on the same form

You can create a main form that will have just a radio button field, with the names of your other forms as options. Then you can embed all your forms to the main form with the iFrame Embed widget and set conditions to show the forms based on the selected radio button option.
How to Show or Hide Fields Base on User's Answer
You will also need to set the redirect of each of your forms back to the main form.
We have a guide for creating a multiple payment form. You can use the same approach to create your main form.

joycearendtReplied on November 13, 2019 at 11:50 AMI’m sorry, I just reread your email and maybe this will work. So are you saying that I create a code of some sort that when they submit and complete one form, it will automatically send them to another form and they don’t need to sign out or anything. It is just automatic?

You do not need to create any code. You simply need to add a URL of your other form as a redirect URL.
Once the first form is submitted the users will be automatically redirected to the second form.
Redirecting Users to a Different Page
Here is a demo form "Form 1" - https://form.jotform.com/93164318200953
When you submit it you will be automatically redirected to the"Form 2".
The redirect URL can also be changed with the conditional logic.

I have been using all the pieces of information provided and I am having a lot of luck with the suggestions. However, now in the process of working through everything and making some necessary changes, when I open one of my forms “initial paperwork" in Kiosk mode something strange happens. It swipes past two screens twice and ends up on a blank white device screen. On the top there is a little icon that looks like a lock and is in in the locked position and then says “data-widgets.jotform.io” I am able to touch the “done” button located on the top left of the screen but I have to touch it twice and then it goes to the actual form to begin completing. How can I fix this? Or is it something you can do for me?
Thank you
Joyce

Please try to update the saved forms on your mobile devices.
Settings > Offline forms > Update the saved forms > Close the app and then open it again
If the issue persists after that, Is there any way you can take a short clip of the problem? That would help us troubleshoot this for you.
You can upload the screencast to dropbox or google drive and share the shareable link with us so we can view it on our end.

I was told by someone that I don’t need to have a signature at the end of each page. I thought I did because each document is considered a legal document. So I removed all the signatures. I thought I would just add a signature widget and then have the signature widget be conditioned so that it populates to all the pages. However, when I open it up on one of the mobile device (iPad) I do not get the box where I can sign the initials. I also wonder if this widget is causing the other issue in my previous email about opening the initial paperwork page and having it go through two blank pages.
Thank you
Joyce

Considering that your other concern is about another topic, I have moved it to a new thread to avoid confusion.
