Cannot see one of my forms on website

Asked by Bill Furey on April 07, 2013 at 04:46 AM

I have been using forms from Jotform for the last 2 years.....I now cannot see one of my forms on the actual website. It has been working previously but now it is not viewable. I have checked the settings on my webpage designer and all looks OK from there.I have another form on the website that works and is viewable....very strange??? Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.  Regards  Bill

    Hi Bill,

I seems can't find any reason why the form is not viewable on your webpage. Please try re-embedding your form using our iframe method: How to get your Form's Iframe Code. This should help.

    Hi Welvin

    Thanks, all fixed.

I made up a complete new webpage on my site naming it membership2 and it worked a treat. All I can think of is the old membership page, must have lost some coding along the way.

Thank you for your help with iframe, I am sure that would have worked also!
