Looking at returns from one of my forms in spreadsheet mode I noticed a sentence that stopped mid-way through. I looked this up on the message format in my jotform account and it stopped mid way through there as well. I checked the email sent to me when the form was completed and this did have all the information - the complete sentence.
Please can you let me know how and why this happened? What can I do to prevent it happening again. I need to be able to rely on the spreadsheets having all the information from the forms.

Sorry that you are having this problem. I have investigated and it does seem that the field is getting truncated somewhere. You have set the field up correctly as I see there is no limit on its length so I will assign this problem to one of our developers and hopefully we will have an answer for you shortly.

Sorry that this is taking some time. Forum support doesn't have any visibility of the ticket queue once we assign a ticket, but I can add a note to it forward your concerns. Hopefully it wont take much longer now. Thanks for you patience thus far.
