    embed iFrame preview button not showing my contact form.

    Asked by puznowski on April 07, 2013 at 03:44 PM

    I would like to insert my JotForm into my Adobe Muse project using the iFrame code. When I come to the embed screen on this site to copy the code, I push the button to preview it first. I only see the Headline text and nothing else. Also inputting this into the Muse project shows me the same results. This is happening with my "Kontaktformular2". I'm previewing in Firefox 19.0.2. Maybe this has something to do with the Firefox cutting off the bottom of the forms?

    Hi,

    It would help if you can share to us the URL of your adobe muse website where the form was used.

    Here is also the guide how to add form to adobe muse

    I just put it online for testing. Under Kontakt, the form is cut off half way through "Ort" when I view it in Firefox. http://fleckenstein-lufttechnik.businesscatalyst.com/

    @puznowski

    I checked your website and see that you have used the script embed method. Can you please try to embed the iFrame embed method and see that if that helps you? You can adjust the height of your iframe in your iFrame embed script.

    Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth
