form over quota

Hi my form is not visible and it says it's over quota which it's not so hopefully you can help me figure this out. It's celticfoldscattery. Please let me know.  Debby  (I removed the script from the page until this is figured out).

btw For some reason you notified me that my email was put in spam so I clicked to remove that the last time I logged in here.  SO thinking this was fixed it now again said that was the reason I was not notified about the problem with my form. This time I changed my email address...You sent me a link to verify the address and the link you sent me does not work, all it says is "Not a valid link"

As checked, your forms are on active status and I was able to view it when accessed using its direct links. Could you provide a link to the webpage where the form is embedded so we could check?

Regarding the email verification, I re-sent the email verification link. Please try using that link and let us know how it goes.
