Embedded form does not display my Multiple boxes section

I have created a form. When I place the embed code into the HTML, it does not display my Multiple boxes section. Everything else works. It also works as a shareable link. Just no ton GoDaddy

Have you tried embedding the form using its iframe embed code? See if this helps.
