Is it safe to disable form encryption?

By the way, I read that only Free account can't collect "sensitive data" I have a payed account now so maybe we can delete the encryption? I do ask for an signature now in the form and submissions need to accept our privacy terms of agreement

Since you have the signature and agreement on your form, you can disable the form encryption. We have whitelisted your current forms. Even with disabled form encryption, the data will be securely stored on our servers.
