Help!!! account disabled??

    I am shocked to find out that our account ( has been disabled from jotform. I had 3 forms on our website ( with jotform and none of them is working anymore. Can you please tell me what the problem is? I found out because i want to use our list with email addresses that is on jotform but now cannot reach this.

    We apologize for this inconvenience.

    I cannot find anything that's relevant why your other account can be suspended.  I have reactivated the account now.

    I will also submit a ticket to ask our developers what happened.
