    It is possible to add a standalone print button to the form:

    Print Button on Forms

    Can you please try it? Thank you.

    I have tried to use a Print Button on your form using an Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 7, and I get a print XPS file with 6 form pages.

    How exactly this is not working? Do you need a PDF version of the form, print submitted forms or something else? Thank you.

    I'm using IE9.
    I would like visitors to be able to print the form on paper. However, when I click on print (in the IE browser menu) I get the form printed but some questions are overwritten, meaning that two questions are written on top of one another (eg Which storage brand your org...).
    When I put a print button on the form the result is the same.
    Do you have other options? Like you mention creating a PDF that would print better?
    Thanks a lot

    @marketingdude

    Clicking "Print" on IE browser File Menu will print the whole page on your site. Note that JotForm has its own printing renderer style. I have tried your stand alone form on IE9 and everything seems to be working just fine.

    I would suggest to use the "Print" button on the form. I believed this would only print the form pages rather than printing the entire page where the form is embedded. It's just a bit hard since IE9 print will not open the printing preview mode but when you have"one note" installed from MS Office, you will see how it looks on the print output.

    Example This is how it looks on the printing output when clicking "Print" button from the form in your site.

    Thank you!
