When I logged onto Jot today, it said my email was on a "bounce back" list. I changed the email to my personal work email and it sent me a link to verify my email.  I clicked on the link, it said that was "Not a Valid Link."  I copied and paste the link that was provided and that to said "Not a Valid Link."

What do I do next please help.

    Hi @spsscca!

I apologize for the inconvenience. It appears that your email was changed successfully and your account is in Verified status, so there is nothing you need to do further.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue - we will keep an eye out for it in the future! If at any point in time your email gets added to the bounce list again, you can follow this simple guide to remove it from there: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List.

How can I verify it? The email it sent me with the link to verify is saying “Not Valid Link”.

Your email/account shows as verified on our end. I was able to replicate the "not valid link" message as well when I click the verification email that is sent to you.

I have now elevated this issue to the next level support so that they can investigate the problem. We will notify you here and on your email at once when status update is available.

    Thank you for your understanding.

We had a temporary issue with one of our API servers earlier which should be resolved by now. Your email has been verified so you don't have to worry about it.

    Thank you!
