Email is on bounce list?

    Hello - in my dashboard it said my email was on the bouncelist for some reason. Then I changed it (which I'd prefer not to) and I received a verification link. I clicked it and it said 'not a valid link' , image attached.

     

    I'd prefer to have my original email se***ol***ork@gmail.com be my email that is connected to jotform. Please advise how I can do this as it should be working properly.

    I have just checked the email address you have provided and it's not in our bounce list anymore. Please kindly update your profile email address back to se***ol***ork@gmail.com and let us know if you continue experiencing issues.

    Hi thanks - I was able to save it but when I click the verify link, I still
    receive the 'link is broken' , does that matter?

    I have resent the verification email, please kindly check your email inbox and try verifying your email.
