Can't reset password

    Hi support.. I have an active account with you under email  conrad@smarttextingsolutions.com   I am unable to refresh my password.. I keep getting no valid account?

    I have checked the email address you mentioned in your post and it is not associated with any registered account. Perhaps you are referring to an account that is associated with another email address. Would you be able to give us the link to any form that is saved in your account so we can check the account associated with the form, please?
