How can I get "verify my email" to work?

    I was using JotForm successfully for over a week on a registration.  Then today, was asked to verify my email...and have used 3 different ones, and I have received all 3 emails asking for verification, but when I click the to verify, I receive:  

    Something unexpected went wrong with this URL: "https://www.jotform.com/verifyemail/R2xlbmRhQE1pZXNuZXludXM'...". Invalid value for registry

     

    I'm in the middle of registering students for a free event and need access to my JotForm right away.
