My booking forms are not working - blank page displayed

    Hello JotForm Team

    I have various forms which are not allowing uses to submit the form and also the formulas are not responding based on uses choices.


    There are various forms but the link relates to just one form however all the troubled forms have the same issue

    I cannot use jotform interface to edit this form either the screen is blank when i select it.

    We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    Let me please inform you that there was a temporary issue with one of our API servers today. It has been already fixed by our Back-End Team. Please kindly check it again and let us know if you are still having issues.

    I just tested your form and was able to submit and got redirected to your thank you page.

    Hi Jed 

    Yes i saw that thanks for helping out. I have just tried the form from my end via the website link which redirects to the form but still the same problem. Once you hit submit it just hangs and does'nt redirect

    I'm using google chrome on windows 7.

    To further isolate the issue, please try the suggestions below and see if that helps.
     
    1). Clear your form cache and browser cache.
     
    2). Try using other browsers
     
    3). Try incognito mode (if using Chrome) or private browsing (if using Firefox).

    Is this happening even if you test it on other device (Mobile, pc, mac etc..)? Have you tried connecting to a different ISP or internet connection? Please also provide us your current public IPV4 address (cmyip.com).

    If issue is still replicable, please try to reproduce the issue and capture the console logs of the browser https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers.  

    I would also suggest that you disable your AV temporarily. If you have AV enabled for browser, please disable that as well.
