I designed a form for others on my team to use. They populate the to and from email, the to and from name and send the form. For some reason it no longer allows us to enter the TO AND FROM - from the form 'INFORMATION' that has been entered. It only allows me to TYPE in who it's from. What happened to your form autoresponder?
I USE TO BE ABLE TO DO THIS, NOW I CAN'T AND OLD FORMS SAY "FROM JOTFORM" They have CHANGED. ThanksPage URL:

Wow, in FIREFOX, I do not even have the option to type in an email. Someone has really mucked up the works. This use to work just fine. What did you guys do? And Why?

Thank you for contacting us.
As far as I can see, the screenshot is related to the Autoresponder. The form Autoresponders are being sent to the form users upon submission.
If you want to receive email alerts to your email address(es) - use Email Notification.
If you want to automatically mail your form users - use Autoresponder.
Sender Name: - this is your email From name.
Sender E-mail: - this is your sender From email.
Recipient E-mail: - this is user's email from a form field.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance on this. We will be happy to help.

What I want is to be able to SELECT both the TO & FROM emails and names on NOTIFICATION emails.
Ok, so ultimately what I want is to be able to send the EMAIL to the recipients email, from the sender's email,, NOT FROM MY EMIAL.
Can you do that or tell me how?

No, I want to be able to select from the form, both the TO AND FROM on the notifications, rather than have it AUTOPOPULATE with my information. I swear I use to be able to do that. In any case, I'd like to be able to do that. Thanks for the quick reply.
So to elaborate: I put in my form: Recipient name: _____________; Recipient email__________;
Sender name: ___________; Sender email: ____________
I'd like to be able to use THESE entries for BOTH PARTS of the notification the to and from.

I think recipient name is unnecessary to include in your email because when you email someone you just need to input the email address recipient.
You can modify the recipient email on the autoresponder but you cannot autopopulate the Sender name and sender email.
In notification email, you can modify Sender name and sender email but not the recipient email.

Somehow we keep repeating the same things to each other. I know what is currently available. I am asking to make a new generating email that allows you to SELECT both sender and receiver emails from content in the FORM. Can you make that possible please??

HERE YOU GO: THIS IS WHAT I WANT. :-)

Sorry about that, you have mentioned that you need to put the Recipient name. Anyways, we are glad that you already resolved the issue.
