    Hi,

My form was working perfectly and now, without any changes it has stopped accepting the URL parameters. Has there been a change on your side that could have caused this?

    Thanks,

    Clint

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. It seems your form is not populating fields with URL parameter. Let me test this issue and I will get back to you on this.

Are you using another Form to redirect to this Form?

    https://form.jotform.com/92684489272169?eventName=Mountain%20Biking%20Campout&eventStartDate=11%2f15%2F2019&eventEndDate=11%2f17%2F2019

or You are directly populating the values to this Form? If you are using another Form to populate the values from that Form to the Form you have mentioned then please provide the URL of the first form too.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

No, we are just manually creating the link and sharing it with our participants. The exact same link was working perfectly but recently stopped populating the values for no apparent reason.

Thanks for confirming that. Yes, you were right. The fields are not populating correctly via URL parameters. Let me forward this to our development team. We will keep you informed on the updates.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Your form and pre-populations look like working well right now.

Please check and let us know if there is still a problem.

    Best.
