I am the operations manager who has set up a number of forms. I have 4 managers below me. I would like specific forms to be sent to each manager by email when they are completed. How can I set this up?

You can add the additional recipients as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
If you want to notify them based on conditions, then create a notification per each recipient, an a condition per each notifications: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer
