I need 100% Off Coupon but get error "Payment Error: Error: Expected an order id to be passed"

    I have created 100% off and max $ amount off coupons but if the total is $0 I am getting this error: Payment Error: Error: Expected an order id to be passed

    How do I fix this? I am using PayPal as my processor... is that the issue?

    Hi @kruegerre,

    I do apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your coupon not working on your form and you get an error.

    I was looking at your form: https://form.jotform.com/93075293388165 and see you are using the Square payment processor but you had mentioned you were using PayPal. Did you you switch payment processors?

    I made a clone of your form as well and did a test but was not able to duplicate then issue you are receiving.

    Can you provide us which PayPal processor you were using when you received the error?
