Stripe email receipts are not being sent out

    We use a form thats integrated with Stripe for payments. The Stripe payments work fine, money is processed but email receipts never get sent out. Stripe says the problem is Jotform is not capturing the emails and sending them to Stripe to get mailed out.

    I never had this problem in the past, everything worked perfectly. I'm not sure what changed cause I have not altered my submission form any and after close to 1k submissions...this is the first month this has happened.

    Any help with this will be greatly appreciated!

    Are you referring to this form "71888273484168"?

    If yes, I checked the Stripe payment settings and I can see that the "Send email to customer" option is set to "YES". So email should be sent to the customer upon payment.

    Additionally, the "Ask Billing information to customer" option should be set to "Yes", which shows the option for the customer to enter their email address so that they receive the email receipt.

    Also, please check your Stripe dashboard on your Stripe account, if the option to send email receipts is enabled.
