Our association is allowing payments for meetings either online via PayPal or by check. Showing "pay by check" as a no cost item to avoid redirecting to PayPal is misleading because there is a cost. I can't see any way to have the display not show "free" next to any item that is zero cost. Is this possible, or can you suggest another work around?
I noticed on another post that someone was using "conditional" questions, but I can't see how this is provided for in JotForm. Is it possible to have conditional actions in JotForm based on answers to questions on a prior form?

I made a clone of your form and made something like this: https://www.jotform.com/form/10954938497 I guess it is what you wish to have. It redirects to Paypal in case of online payment is desired and If not user still see prices. "Mail Check" and "Student" options are same since I do not know what they should do.
You can clone this form and use via following these steps below:
1. Copy the form URL of this form
2. Log into the account,
3. Click on "New Form" button on My Forms page,
4. Select "Import Form", then "From a web page". Then paste the URL.
On the other hand I could get a form like that by using "Conditions". You can learn more about conditions in this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/57-Conditional-Logic-on-Forms
In case of futher assistance is required please let me know.
