forms not submitting when added in wordpress post

Hi there! I have added my form to a wordpress form and for some reason it's not letting us submit (stuck on saying "please wait"). Do you know why this may be? We haven't been able to verify our account because the link is not valid, so wondering if this has anything to do with it (we changed the email that is associated with our registered account and haven't verified it). Thank you for your help!

The issue is most likely related to the embed code you used to add the form to your webpage. Please re-embed your form with the iFrame embed code to see if that will resolve the issue.

I also checked and the email address of your account is verified.
