HiI cant get the Spreadsheet to form widget to work.

    Hi

    I cant get the Spreadsheet to form widget to work.

    I have been using the widget for several months

    I have 3 separate forms that have all stopped working at the same time.

    Please help or give me some advise on whether this will be repaired or not so I can find other alternatives

    May we know the form in question? Also, may we have more details on the issue you are showing? Or please provide us a screenshot if you are showing any error message.

    Hi

    I have attached the link to my form above in my initial enquiry.

    Please let me know if you cannot view this.

    The error is: "Unknown Column Key"

    I ensured the unique column is exactly the same as the heading

    I have checked your form but it seems that I can't find the Spreadsheet to form widget. To verify, it's the MTR-20 Project Tracker form correct?

    May I ask if you have tried to re-upload the Excel Sheet on the widget? If so, please try reuploading the excel file. If the issue still persists please provide a screenshot where you are showing the error message.
