How to show all data in the visual report?

I believe I sent in a question earlier - but I cannot find the response. 

I am trying to build a report with a survey that I conducted. When I do the visual report, it only gives me the first 2 questions. How do I get everything else? 

You may add more Chart data by clicking on the Chart icon and if you want to view all the data, you can use the Grid or text grid.
