    Hi,

For some I started getting this message "There are errors on the form" on the form: Dog-ID Card Form (61013950784960). So I cloned it and made it as bare bones as I could think of; 93114086158962. I'm still getting the error on the clone.

I'm at a loss as to what is causing it. I'v tried setting fields as not-required, hiding fields, and still the error shows up.

So what am I missing? Please Help!

    Best,
    Robert

Thank you for contacting us. I cloned the form, and it took me awhile to figure it out. There is a field which is required, but it is hidden through CSS code. Please note that the CSS code will not override the required validation.

    Please do the following:

    1) Go to your CSS code area, and remove the following code:

    2) The field in question will show up, if you don't need it, you may delete or hide it through its properties: https://www.jotform.com/help/434-How-to-Hide-Form-Fields

Here is my clone version of your clone, please test it: https://form.jotform.com/93115112500944

    Hi,

Thank you... I had totally forgotten about this widget being hidden. I did this when it stopped working and I tried to fix it by adding it again, which worked. I neglected to remove the older one.

Yes I made it difficult to fix but not intended.
