I am now able to log in, however, my forms are no longer in my account.I had one form and at least two people who completed them. I haven’t been able to log in since yesterday, so there may be more. May we know the link and/or the exact title of the form that is missing from your account, please?
If you have set up an email notification in the form, can you tell us the email address that you have set as the recipient of the email notification, please?

It looks like you created the form using a guest account. I transferred it to your account now, kindly check the form on your end.
