MailChimp Integration: is not sending contacts to the list.

    I am using the conditional rule to only send the email address to MailChimp if they are in the United States. I am checking immediately afterwards and I am not seeing the new subscriber in MailChimp. Could you verify it is set up properly?

    I have tested a cloned version of your form and a submission using your form. It seems to be working correctly at my end.

    Make sure to select the country again as it seems the default country doesn't trigger the condition.

    I would suggest not adding a default country in the widget.

    Please give it a try and let us know if you have further questions.

    I just tried this and neither Mailchimp nor Salesforce receives the
    subscriber. Does it take a while to sync or should it be immediate once the
    form is submitted? Salesforce was quick last time, but now it isn't working.

    I have tested my sample form again and when the form is submitted, the data is instantaneously updated in MailChimp.

    Can you please try re-integrating your form and let us know if the issue still remains?

    You appear to have mapped only one field in the Mailchimp integration. Can we try doing a submission and let us know if it shows in your Master List?

    Sure! Yes, it is meant to only sync the email. Salesforce will sync the
    rest of the data in the connection between Salesforce and MailChimp.

    So, the email field data is passing to MailChimp? If that is the case, and you need to pass more fields, please make sure to match the rest of the form fields within the MailChimp integration.

    Our Salesforce integration does not have the option to pass data to Mailchimp, both integrations are separate.

    Correct the integrations are separate. They are connected outside of
    Jotform, so Mailchimp only needs the email. Please advise what exactly
    needs to change. I do not need to have any other fields sent to Mailchimp.

    I have edited my Mailchimp integration and mapped only the email address and it seems there is no data being passed.

    Can you try matching three fields in Mailchimp?

    Here is a screenshot of the fields I have matched that is working.

    Kindly give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

    I have cloned your form, and mapped the following fields:

    And the data from the submission I did was passed to my Mailchimp list without issues:

    I'll escalate this to our back-end team to check why your form is not sending the data to your Mailchimp list, you will be updated here.
