Hello,
I've created the following form: https://form.jotform.com/93073838132256.
I shared it with participants today and 5 staff were able to select times. However, for some reason I was just contacted by a staff who is unable to move beyond a date selection (the field just shakes when you try to select next).
I've tested this myself and it seems to be occurring for all of the potential locations.
Can you give some guidance on how I can address this? Ideally I would like to fix this within the existing form as the link has already gone out.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience.
That was probably a temporary glitch. I am unable to reproduce the issue at the moment.
I have also cleared your form caches just in case.
