My applicants cannot take photo in forms

Are you referring to this form: "92551785788476"? I can see that you have added the Take Photo widget here.

I believe your applicants are using mobile phone to fill the application form. I tested your form on my mobile device. The form and the Take Photo widget is working normally at my end. Please check if the applicant has blocked the camera access to the form. Access can be granted from the mobile settings.
