Have you checked the Spam or Bulk folders in your email account? The email notifications
might have been caught by the Spam filters.
The mail logs shows that the emails were sent:
Apr 5 23:33:35 monk sm-mta: p363XXBt013810: to=<firstname.lastname@example.org>, delay=00:00:02, xdelay=00:00:02, mailer=esmtp, pri=123154, relay=mx2.netfirms.com. [18.104.22.168], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (ok 1302060815 qp 12364)
All features available in a Premium account are also present in Free accounts.
To send out the notifications to multiple recipients simply separate the addresses
with a comma.
Open your form on the form builder, then:
1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
2. Click on "Email Alerts",
3. Select "Notification",
4. Click on "Reply-to and Recipient Settings"
5. Enter comma separated email addresses to "Recipient Address"

With regard to multiple recipients, what I was looking for is a way to have forms for different websites. Depending on the website, would determine which email the form data would be sent to. Not sure if we're on the same page, are we?

Just to make sure I understand it correctly:
You have several forms on the account and each form will be added to a
different website which has a corresponding email where the data will be sent to?
In this case each form can have different email address all you need to do is
to open the form in JotForm then Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
choose "Email Alerts", select "Notification", and on "Reply-to and
Recipient Settings" change the email address.
