5 form limit query

    I hope I can explain my question clearly.

    I had reached my 5 form limit so I edited one of the surveys to create a new survey.

    I sent the link to one person to test. 

    When they tried to submit, it said that they had already submitted.

    Is this because they responded to the first survey I created?

    Do I need to delete a survey and then make a new one instead of editing one that I have already made?

    I hope this question is clear.

    Hello,

    JotForm works on form ids. Due to you changed the same form, your test user got "already submitted" message. You have two choices:

    1. You can disable your old form and clone it. In this way, you can still stay under form count limit.

    2. You can delete a form and create a new one from scratch.
