I create a form from Google Drive using this new app/feature.
A folder is automatically created to collect form responses in the form of PDF documents.
That folder doesn't get named properly (retains "Untitled" name). See screen shot below.

I think this may happened due to, when you integrate your forms to google drive the folder name sets to blank or Untitled. Please try to remove the integration then re-integrate the form again and make sure you have filled all fields needed. If the same error persists please do not hesitate to contact us again! Thanks!
