How can I connect JotForm to Zapier in Germany?

Hello dear team,

Joshua here from Mehr Geschäft in Germany.

I have problems connecting JotForm in Zapier with Klick Tipp, Trello and Google Spreadsheets.

If I choose to store the data in the EU in Zapier it says "Darn, we didn't find any forms." and if I choose to store it in the US it works but there still isn't data coming through.

I already chose HIPAA Compliance. (Can you check if it is already approved for our account?)

And what can we do exactly to connect it successfully to Zapier?

Thank you for contacting us. Please contact Zapier support, probably they don't support integrations that are stored in European servers.

In regards to upgrading to HIPAA, this is available for your account since it is in Silver plan. Please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/500-How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance

Please note that if you want to integrate with Trello(available for non-HIPAA accounts), and Google Sheets(available for HIPAA and non-HIPAA accounts), there is no need to use a third party service like Zapier as we have these integrations:
