I recently started using JotForm to process payments. Several of the orders I shipped last week were sent to the wrong buyer. All of my products have custom images printed on them. When I ship I look through JotForm to find the matching image, than I find the order in PayPal via their name, and print the shipping label. I do not see how I could have made a clerical mistake in the shipping the orders several times (3+ so far) on the same day. Is it possible that my jotform submissions are mixing up the images between buyers?? If so this would be an extremely major issue and I would have to cancel my paid account with you.

Do you mean the submissions page on JotForm showing incorrect user information with incorrect upload file? I have not seen anything like that happen in the past. Did you check the submission page and if the problem is happening can you tell us how can we see it on which submission?
