I am assessing the functionality of your solution/form builder and have three questions

    1. Does your solution support automatically uploading (e.g using MS Flow) form results (including attached files) to SharePoint Online

    2. If file are automatically uploaded to SharePoint Online can they then be automatically deleted from your solution (to be compliant with GDPR)

    3. Is it possible to limit access to a form by forcing a user to enter a valid email-address (to get the link to the actual form)

    Best regards

    1. Does your solution support automatically uploading (e.g using MS Flow) form results (including attached files) to SharePoint Online

    - You can integrate your form to MS Flow and SharePoint. Here are the guides:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/152-Adding-a-form-to-SharePoint

    https://www.jotform.com/blog/microsoft-flow-integration/

    2. If the file is automatically uploaded to SharePoint Online can they then be automatically deleted from your solution (to be compliant with GDPR)

    - We have a widget that will automatically delete all incoming submissions. Please keep in mind that deleted submissions are not recoverable. Once you received a submission, it will go to SharePoint and the submission will be deleted automatically.

    Here's the widget link: https://www.jotform.com/integrations/auto-delete-submissions

    - Also, JotForm is compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). For more information, please open this link: https://www.jotform.com/gdpr-compliance/

    3. Is it possible to limit access to a form by forcing a user to enter a valid email address (to get the link to the actual form)

Yes, this is possible. For more information, please check this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/223-How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

To better assist you and to avoid confusion, please create a thread per question.

    Thank you.
