Need receipt for renewal of subscription

Good Morning,

My American Express card was charged $190.00 on Oct. 8th and I received notification of payment but I need a receipt for the charge. The name of our organization is Community Bible Study. Can you please verify that we continue to have availability to our one form AND send a receipt my way?

We found a paid account under an email address that has the same domain(@communitybiblestudy.org).

The username is "joshuabower", and it is registered under the email address "j*****.*****@communitybiblestudy.org". You need to log in to the account, and then go to the billing section to find the last invoice: https://www.jotform.com/help/329-How-to-Check-Invoices
