Hi. I have read a few postings that suggest using a JotForm form inside a SquareSpace form block. If I do this, what happens to the output of the form when the Submit button is pressed? More specifically, when the form's output comes back to JotForm:
1 - Does the form's output come back to JotForm for processing?
2 - If it does, can I use the output to create a PDF and have that PDF attached to an email that is sent to me?
3 - If I can do this, can i control the format of the PDF file? I do not want a simple listing of "field = value" pairings.
Thank you.

Yes, the output/response can be viewed from the Form Submission page of your JotForm account.
2 - If it does, can I use the output to create a PDF and have that PDF attached to an email that is sent to me?
Yes, you can do that from the PDF Editor - https://www.jotform.com/products/pdf-editor/
You can send the PDF via email also - How-To-Include-Submissions-As-PDF-Attachment-In-The-Email-Notifications
3 - If I can do this, can i control the format of the PDF file? I do not want a simple listing of "field = value" pairings.
You have the option to customize the PDF from the PDF Editor itself - How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

Have a great day.
