Create an app that will allow him to scan a QR Code at each residence that will be able to send an SMS

My son is starting a residnetal trash can curbing service.

We'd like to create an app that will allow him to scan a QR Code at each residence that will be albe to send an SMS message to the client that the cans have been put out or taken in. 

I'm assuming we'll need to use your QR reader and twillo. 

I've spoken to twillo about setting up with them but need some guidance in setting up this app.

I may have to integrate the use of zapier to bring this all to life. Perhaps use this form / app as a gateway to trigger the sms. 

I don't want to just use the feature as its offered from that free service above as that would allow for any kid in the neighborhood to send service conformations if they scan the code. 

Any ideas, suggestions, roadmaps, templates, ANYTHING that could help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for contacting us. I checked, but I also was not able to find existing form templates in the gallery at this time. It could be because this is a unique form only.

Anyway, I believe these can be achieved on the form also. You will need the following features on your form.

1. QR Code Reader widget - use the widget to read the QR codes using the form.

2. SMS by Zapier - Get SMS messages for new JotForm submissions

I suggest you build the form for now and implement those features mentioned.
