Multiple Text Fields Widget

Hi,

I am trying to create a form and have a button to add another multiple text field if needed.  So I want a parent to put in the information on their children for registration and if they have another child to be able to click a button that says "add another child" and have another multiple text field widget pop up for them to put the information on their next child.

Is this possible?

I think the Configurable List widget could help to achieve the said requirement. This widget has the feature of adding a new set of input fields that is ideal for capturing information with similar datasets.

It also allows you to define the various field types per column on the list in a matrix-type of the layout.
