Reached Submission Quota

I reached my submission quota yesterday. I've deleted all of the old submissions and created new forms. 

But the forms are still saying that I'm over my limit.

How do I fix that?

Upon checking your account it seems you're currently under the allowed limits, I have cleared your forms cache, please kindly check and confirm if the forms work now.
